We will again include training by manufacturers, a best ideas session, certification training, and testing, a second track for management training, and we will be adding appliance training.

In addition to the great training we will have our hospitality room in a lake house with pool, where we will also have an evening picnic; and we will have a lake cruise on the 149 passenger Island Princess.
